Yes. Listings allow you to apply directly with the clinic or employer. Every ad carries the employer’s contact details. You deal with the employer directly, outside this site. We do not receive, hold or forward applications, and we are not involved in interviews, offers or employment.

Yes. Employers can mark an ad as graduate or trainee friendly, and you can filter for those roles.

Yes. Many clinics include details about flexibility, suitable for working parents and those veterinary professionals seeking more work-life balance in their roles.  

We encourage every employer to state the pay for the role, and ads that state the pay may receive more visibility on the site. Where an employer has not stated it, ask them directly.

No. Candidates can easily browse and view jobs you post without creating an account or logging in. 

Per clinic. A Clinic Membership is $895 per clinic per year (+GST, if applicable), paid in advance, and gives that clinic unlimited job ads for the year. If you run more than one clinic, each clinic has its own membership and you manage all of them from one login.

No. Vets Unlimited is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our fees. If that changes, GST would apply to new memberships and listings from the date we publish the change on the registration page, and to the first charge on 26 February 2027 or a renewal only if we tell you at least 30 days before that charge. You can cancel before the charge date if you do not accept it.

Yes! Even though each clinic requires its own membership and payment, you can manage all of them and their associated ads on the employer dashboard via one simple login. If you have many clinics, take one membership and request a bulk import from the Employer Dashboard under Clinics; we confirm the number of clinics and the total annual fee with you before anything is set up. Perfect for corporates or large clinic groups

Clinic Memberships registered before 26 February 2027 are free until that date, whichever day you join. You enter a card when you register, but it is not charged during the free period. On 26 February 2027 your card is charged $895 for the next 12 months of access, unless you cancel or turn off auto renew before then. We email you between 30 and 14 days before the charge (or when you join or turn auto renew on, if that is within 14 days of it) with the amount, the date and how to cancel.

If auto renew is on, your membership converts to a paid membership on 26 February 2027 and your card is charged. After that it renews every 12 months on the same date at the fee current at the time, and we send the same reminder before each renewal. If auto renew is off, your membership ends on 26 February 2027 without charge.

We charge per clinic: each practice location or, if your business has no fixed practice location (for example a mobile or telehealth service), the single business location you nominate when you register.

Yes. You can advertise unlimited amount of roles simultaneously for each clinic account. 

Yes! To cater to very small businesses with low advertising needs, we do have a flat fee of $325 for a a Single Job Listing is $325 for one ad, live for 28 days. It is a one-off payment, has no free period and does not renew. When it expires you can buy another listing or take a Clinic Membership.

Yes, online on the Your Membership page or in the Employer Dashboard under Clinics, or by email to [email protected] from your account email. If you cancel before a charge date you are not charged. We process an email cancellation within 2 business days, and if your email reaches us before the charge date we refund any charge made before we process it; if the charge date is close, cancelling online is quicker. If you cancel after a charge, you keep access until the end of that 12 months and the fee for that year is not refunded, except as set out in our Platform Terms or where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.

We aim to review each ad within one business day, but we do not guarantee a publication time. We may check an ad against our advertising rules (see Writing a job ad that complies). Where practicable, we will tell you what needs to change and publish the ad once it complies.

Each ad runs for the listing period shown in your Employer Dashboard when you publish it. While your Clinic Membership is active you can edit an ad, mark it filled, and relist an expired ad at no charge. When your membership ends, your ads come down.

Yes. You can update or edit your job advertisements at any time through the Employer Dashboard Yes, while your membership is active or, for a Single Job Listing, during its 28 days.. You can also pause an ad and simply re-list it again at a later date without having to re-type, very handy for recurring locum roles!

Yes, every ad you post will have its own URL. You can share it through your own networks and social media and people will be directed straight to your ad
